By accessing and using IQ Studio's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

IQ Studio provides custom web development and AI automation solutions, including but not limited to:

• Customer support automation
• Sales automation
• Operational workflow automation
• Custom website and software development

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt unauthorised access
• Respect intellectual property rights

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. All fees are due as set out in your contract. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

All content, features and functionality of our services are the property of IQ Studio and are protected by intellectual property laws. Custom solutions developed for you may be subject to separate agreements.

We maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared with us and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQ Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these terms.
